Kissmet — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account or using Kissmet (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility — you must be 18 or older

Kissmet is an 18+ dating service. You represent that you are at least 18 years old, legally able to enter this agreement, and not barred from using the Service under any applicable law. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to use Kissmet, and we will terminate accounts we believe belong to minors.

3. Your account

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity on your account. You may not impersonate anyone, create an account for someone else, or maintain more than one account. We may require identity or photo verification (see Section 6).

4. Subscriptions, billing, and renewals

Kissmet offers a free tier and paid subscriptions:

Paid subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, governed by those platforms' terms. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel renewals in your App Store or Google Play account settings — not in the app. Except where required by law or store policy, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

5. Community standards and acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to help others:

We provide tools to report and block other users. We may review reported content and remove material or accounts that violate these standards, at our discretion.

6. Verification and photos

Kissmet may offer or require selfie/photo verification to confirm that profile photos match the account holder. By submitting verification media you authorize us and our verification providers to process it for that purpose. The handling, storage, and retention of any biometric information is described in our Privacy Policy. *[CONFIRM with your verification vendor whether facial-geometry/biometric identifiers are extracted or stored; if so, separate written consent and additional disclosures may be legally required.]*

7. User content and license

You retain ownership of the content you submit (photos, prompts, messages). You grant Kissmet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use that content solely to operate and improve the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content already shared with others or retained as required by law.

8. Safety and assumption of risk

Kissmet does not conduct criminal background checks on users. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, on or off the Service. You are solely responsible for your interactions with others. Meet in public, tell someone where you're going, and use your judgment. You agree that you interact with other users at your own risk.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from in-app settings. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., Sections 7–13) survive termination.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that profiles are accurate, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service or interactions with other users.
